1. With Covid 19, what are your drivers doing to protect the customer?
  2. All Drivers wear powder free gloves and masks which are thrown away after each pickup, if requested by the customer.  Our vehicles are completely sanitized after every passenger is dropped off, to ensure a germ free vehicle.
  3. Can you book your pick up in Advance?    
  4. YES.  At Christopher Alexander’s Transportation, you can always make your reservation for future pickup.  Your don’t have to wait for the day or time of your pickup to call.  That way you guarantee availability, don’t risk being late for your flight or appointment.

  7. Do you accept credit cards?
  8. YES.  We accept cash or credit cards.  We aim to make your life easier.
  9. In heavy traffic or stop lights, does your meter continue to run like Taxis? 
  10. NO.  We have flat rates and no Taxi meters.  They do not change even in heavy traffic. Taxis cost you more if there is heavy traffic.
  11. Are your drivers just strangers/part timers who do not care about the customers? 
  12. NO.  Our drivers are professionals who have been background checked and screened for drug use.  They have a great knowledge of the city and possible attractions you might want to visit.
